Work at Camp Hudson

Do you love working with young children, sparking their creativity, and helping turn their ideas into real-world projects? If so, join us at Camp Hudson!

We’re looking for individuals who thrive in open-ended learning environments and are excited about the challenges they present. Whether you’re a master storyteller who can captivate a crowd or a thoughtful listener who connects with even the shyest camper, we want to meet you. Our goal is to build a well-rounded, eclectic team that children of all personalities can relate to, trust, and build meaningful relationships with.

What matters most to us is a genuine focus on the kids. We believe that children are whole people with important things to say, and we’re searching for the rare breed of makers, builders, listeners, and explorers who can navigate their social-emotional needs with care and confidence.

Summers at Hudson Lab School are nothing short of magical. We intentionally keep our camper numbers small, creating a close-knit environment where staff and campers can play, learn, and bring incredible creative projects to life together.

If this sounds like the kind of place you’d love to work, we invite you to apply and join our creative, collaborative team!
